An intermediate level series best suited to people with some yogic experience, although beginners are more than welcome to participate. Based around a sequence of Upasana (repeated postures) you will be guided through a series of seated, forward and side bends in synchronicity with breath. Students experience a very deep opening of the hips during this sequence and stretching of the torso and movement of the spine which has a profoundly grounding, relaxing and meditative effect. Many tensions will be alleviated with this practice.
