I teach an authentic form of traditional Tantra and Hatha yoga.
Enriching lives over millennia, traditional yoga was taught from the sages before us who contemplated meaningful existence. Tantra yoga incorporates asana, meditation, mudras & bandhas (energetic control), pranayama (breath & energetic control), movement and philosophy to connect the micro and macro aspects of
ourselves in union.
When our body, mind, energetic system is in tune, our whole world becomes increasingly harmonious and we influence those around us in a positive way.
This yogic tradition acknowledges the divine within and celebrates both our unique, individual expression and our interconnectedness as a whole.
My own yogic journey positively transformed my life and I was fortunate to have taught Hatha, Vinyasa yoga, and meditation abroad.
However, learning from the Tantric system profoundly enhanced my yoga.
On a psycho-physical level, recurring injuries from previous work/life habits healed due the unique perspective whereby I learned to relax, let go and enjoy yoga more.
For yoga is not just about the posture but union of the whole being as opposed to some trends in yoga that tend to fixate on image and the physical/material aspect.
In contrast, core Tantric focus is intuitive, gentle, non-competitive & meditative.
The distinct emphasis on relaxation enables the person to experience yoga at a deeper level, becoming more flexible in the process.
It is best described as a meditation whereby Samādhi is entered via the posture.
Samādhi, in Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism, Sikhism is a state of meditative union with
Tantra yoga is ideal for both beginners and people of more advanced abilities. It is also important to emphasise that this practice is from a rich heritage.
Traditional Tantra invokes authenticity - dispensing with the weight of the unnecessary, leaving one feeling lighter.
I see Tantra yoga as an antidote to our ultra-competitive, modern world.

This core practice helps regulate the hormonal system and balance the 3 doshas, Vata, Pitta, Kapha - properties that comprise our innate bodily constitution according to Ayurvedic principles.
It incorporates asana, pranyama and meditation.
Aligning and balancing both the skeletal structure, the hormonal system, and doshas, Vata, Pitta, Kapha.
This includes standing postures and the core tri-dosha sequence to combine standing and floor asana.
An intermediate level series which is suited to people with some yoga experience.
Performed on the floor based around a series of Upasana, repeated, seated forward bends., it is grounding and hip-opening.
The Ayurvedic walking massage uses the feet which become sensitive tools & bodyweight to apply pressure & stimulate the flow of energy within our bodies,
The Bone alignment massage is performed with the hands and body to re-align the skeletal structure & relax the recipient
